Customer Review: Oh Well
I purchased the luggage tags just to distinguish my black roller bag from everyone else's. These tags were so cheap, and priced accordingly that I suppose I should not complain. However, they were described as "neon". There was nothing neon about the colors. Plus, the clear plastic cover into which you insert the ID information tore immediately.

Customer Review: Good but not perfect
I needed a new messenger bag and love Kenneth Cole products generally. I purchased this after scanning Amazon for days and settled on this one primarily because of size and style. In those terms, the product does not disappoint. My 15" laptop fits nicely as does my iPod, headphones, and paperwork that makes it fairly ideal for traveling. A couple of issues to be aware of although it shouldn't deter your purchase. The leather is very soft and malleable. Murphy's law attacked my bag on the first day as the bag slid across some protrusion when I stepped out of the car leaving a small but obvious "scar" on the leather. I'm sure I can touch it up but this is different from natural leather aging. If you're accident prone like me in terms of scuffs, be wary of this bag. My only other complaint is that there's no handle (which I didn't really notice upon purchase), which makes it difficult to handle if you can't use the shoulder strap in a setting. Again, a small inconvenience at times but it shouldn't deter you from purchasing a fine product, just somethings to be aware of.

I am really pleased with this product. I used it for the first time a few days after it arrived, and I love it. The expanders on the large pieces are new to me, but I don't know how I packed without them! The color is even better than pictured! The only serious drawback is the handle height. I'm taller than average, so the highest point of the handle on the smaller suitcase is a little low for me; it can be uncomfortable to pull long distances. The second (minor) drawback is the locks provided are worthless. They're really flimsy and you can "unlock" it just by pulling. So if you feel the need for locks, you'll want to get your own and not rely on the ones provided.

Customer Review: Great luggage at a great price!
I bought this set of luggage for my daughter. She was tired of using a single black bag which was not only lacking in "style" but was problematic returning from Kauai where a 50 lb. limit was placed on each piece of luggage. (We didn't think to bring an extra bag!)
We looked at bags from Costco and other retailers but the prices were prohibitive. When she decided to purchase this set of luggage, I was concerned about the quality of the product considering the low price for which it was offered.
To my surprise, the bags are top notch. The seams and zippers seem well sewn and the bags appear quite sturdy. I am confident at this point they will withstand the test of time (and the airline baggage handlers).
