I am really pleased with this product. I used it for the first time a few days after it arrived, and I love it. The expanders on the large pieces are new to me, but I don't know how I packed without them! The color is even better than pictured! The only serious drawback is the handle height. I'm taller than average, so the highest point of the handle on the smaller suitcase is a little low for me; it can be uncomfortable to pull long distances. The second (minor) drawback is the locks provided are worthless. They're really flimsy and you can "unlock" it just by pulling. So if you feel the need for locks, you'll want to get your own and not rely on the ones provided.
